Problem
Testing mobile applications under edge network conditions (flaky connections, packet drops, captive portals) usually requires complex hardware simulators or cumbersome physical shielding.
Solution
Built DevMock as a standalone Android application that intercepts and throttles device traffic locally without root access or proxy setups.
